Manchester Pride

Me and Trixxie went along yesterday after dispatching the kids to
Grans, Grandads and uncles.
We had a great time and are heading back tonight
We are going to take the kids next year, it was great

God I do feel old! I have only ever been to one Pride, and that was in London in 1999. I don't know why, but it just was not my cup of tea, I felt too self conscience at the time, maybe now my confidence has grown I would enjoy it more! Loads of people take kids now from what I hear, and I know that with the exception of some of the outfits, my two would love it!!

WE took our little one (she is 3 and half) to Newcastle Pride last month, she loved the parade and the bands in the park. Might take her to manchester next year too

Yes we are hoping to take our little ones next year, I am sure they will
love the parade Our youngest is 4, 7 and 10yrs. We have a good old
mix of Bc Sc (step)and Fc! Great they all get on lovely tho and the teenagers
are all very good with the littlies

I went to the London one once - it was great fun - I was policing it (haha) making sure it all went smoothly - got lots of kisses and cuddles and 99.9% of the people taking part were a super lot.

There was a good atmosphere there and very little in the way of problems apart from the one guy who instantly fell in love with my male colleague and refused to leave his side for the rest of the day - he even followed him to his break!!

I would love to take my eldest next year ye perhaps we could all meet up inca x

Well I hope you will all meet up with the rest of us first... then go onto the pride..Would love to meet you all.
