what to take for introductions?
Intros start on Thursday woo hoo! BUT we live 200 miles away and are booked to stay there for 2 weeks, hopefully
With a day off inbetween! So what do you suggest we take? Toys, games, clothes, or just us? Little man is 3
And has a great fc with everything he needs, so do we take nothing, or a couple of bits?
Any sugggestions will be very greatful!
Thanks
Fxx

Re: what to take for introductions?
All the best for introductions. We took bedding that our son would have when he came home so it could be washed with FCs washing powder (found out on day one what she used, bought some and washed bedding ready to give to her on day two), so he had his new bedding for introductions and we didn't wash it for a while after he came home.
We also took a teddy I had knitted for him which featured in our introduction book, he does not like the teddy!!!
Our SW also suggested us taking some toys, maximum of 5, that were all quite different, we had these at our appartment which we were staying in and took a few along each day.
We hadn't bought any clothes or anything else for him.
On day one we found out what size and brand of nappies he was in, not sure if that's relevant for you, and bought some for my change bag.
I really wouldn't take too much as he may have a lot of things to bring home, we had a carfull including a trike!
Keep us updated!

Wow, exciting news
What a busy 2 weeks you've got, so emotionally and physically draining.
Make things easier, have take aways, bung your washing in a laundrette ect...
