no, one of my meetings was today.

A different person, a different view with different programmes to suggest. But the timescale is 8 months.
Also a new technique, EDMR (relating to trauma) which is complicated, but is possibly worth a try. She also suggested medication to help her sleep! (Oh, yes, please).

So, my next meeting Friday, that's with them all..

Have a day of training tomorrow too.. Hope it's interesting or I'll sneak off!
